My business model is structured as a way for property owners to have a hands-off approach to a move in ready design when purchasing a new property. Our jobs are done in a much quicker pace than most interior designers can do as we source EXISTING furniture and products to make your space inviting and comfortable while also adding an element of sophistication and luxury.
Pricing
We offer flat fee pricing so there are no surprises. In order to keep costs and the timeframe for completion down I meet for one design consultation to get a thorough idea of your needs and design aesthetic. I will customize the process on an individual basis but for the most part--trust in me to design you a beautiful residence and I will have you enjoying it in no time!

-Budget $30,000
-Design Fee 20% (any designer discount is given towards fee so more money can be allocated to project)
-Furnish and Decorate Turnkey
**I source items that are ready to be shipped and in stock only and that is how I control the short timeframe along with keeping the budget down because I can source out antique stores, small boutiques, quick-ship trade stores, online stores, etc.
